Hendrik founded Indecent Music in 1998 to support releases of his rock group Nineteen. The label quickly expanded to releasing other artists and Hendrik found himself in the role of Producer and Executive Producer many times over.

Hendrik guides the overall strategy of Indecent Music— from Artist Development; to Marketing and Branding; to Business Development and Partnerships.

Hendrik learned about business by working at a number of Internet start-ups both as product designer and as developer. He wants to be a rock star.
